Do I actually pay any interest?

No. At you pay no interest on the monthly installments thanks to bob. You as a customer only pay the full invoice amount divided into up to 36 equal monthly installments. If you do not pay on time, you may incur additional costs for reminder fees. It is therefore recommended to set up a standing order.

Do I really have to make any prepayment?

Which requirements are necessary for a financing contract?

The conditions for financing are Swiss residence, proof of valid ID and a minimum age of 18 years.

How do I pay back?

You choose the desired number of monthly installments (12-36) when purchasing. Thereafter, the total amount is paid periodically, in equal monthly installments. The installments are due on the 1st of each month, for the first time in the month after the conclusion of the financing agreement.

Can I repay the financing early?

Yes, you can pay the total amount with a one-time payment. There are no additional costs.

How can I cancel the financing contract?

You have the right at any time to pay the outstanding invoice amount without any additional costs. All you have to do is transfer the amount to Bob Finance. An additional agreement is not necessary for this.

Does it make a difference whether I buy Apple accessories online or in a Valora store?

No. The Apple accessories range on is offered at the same prices as in Valora stores.

The delivery note serves as a form of identification. It contains important information for our employees. Please print it out and insert it at the top of the parcel contents.

What should I do if I don’t have a printer?

You can also frank the parcel and send it in yourself. Important: please enclose a note stating the order number and your personal details.

Can I also bring my device along directly?

Yes, you are welcome to pop in during our opening hours. We will process your order on site.

When will I receive my money?
